Volunteer Application Information

If you would like to attend the conference and need financial assistance for registration, consider applying to volunteer.  Selected volunteers will receive registration fee waivers up to the full amount of the registration fee, based on your service commitment. Volunteers may receive CEU credits for sessions attended (but must pay the CEU fees to receive the credits). While we cannot guarantee all volunteers will be able to attend all requested programs, we will do our best to assure attendance for those events.

Volunteering Schedule
If you choose to volunteer a full day on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday you may attend all remaining conference sessions.  
If you choose to volunteer a half day on Wednesday or Thursday you may attend all sessions outside of your assignment on those days.

Eligibility
Volunteer preference will be given strictly on a need basis, so please complete the application accordingly.  Students and older adults will be given first priority. 

Volunteer Commitment
As a volunteer, you will be required to complete your entire volunteer commitment. Failure to do so may result in your being required to pay either a full or partial conference registration fee, and your application indicates your acknowledgement of and your agreement to this understanding.

Volunteers will be responsible for all hotel room, transportation and food expenses incurred in traveling to and from the conference, and during the event.
